To ensure a minimum of 98% on-time performance, we put our carriers through a rigorous scorecard process and monitor for continuous compliance. Through our Premium Carrier Contract Services (PCCS) program, primary awards received from shippers are contracted out to reliable carriers through a routing guide process. Routing guides are comprised of 2-4 carriers per lane depending on volume.
