Only the most skilled and productive associates with exemplary partner service records can be considered for a special project.
Associates must complete two weeks of training at a Capstone Regional Training Center and must pass an assessment before being deployed to a project.
An on-site supervisor is deployed to manage all travel, project expectations, safety concerns, pre-and post-shift communications, invoicing, performance tracking, and more.
